Cancellation
These terms apply to paid one-off event tickets purchased on events.samsaratribe.ae.
Reservations before payment
Starting checkout temporarily reserves tickets. If payment is not completed before the reservation expires, the hold is released automatically and no charge is made.
After successful payment
Paid tickets are confirmed once Stripe reports a successful payment. Refund or transfer requests are handled by Samsara Tribe staff according to the specific event policy communicated at purchase time.
Event changes
If Samsara cancels or materially reschedules an event, we will contact ticket holders using the email provided at checkout with next steps, which may include a refund or transfer to another date.
